This leads me to think about Liz Strauss' recent and insightful blog post, entitled: "How to Focus your Energy to Build that Dream" where she points author Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's interesting book and theory. The post describes 10 paradoxes in creativity set around the highly productive focus/rest process.
